Property maintenance company based in Hertfordshire looking for a hardworking, conscientious, self motivated service desk coordinator to join the company. We have a work force of 5 including plumber, electrician , carpenter and decorators carry out works in Central London to rented domestic properties. The candidate should have experience in the maintenance/service industry and associated trades.

The roll will include :

Dealing with clients via email & phone & web based repair/maintenance management system

Arranging work diary & booking appointments with tenants & landlords

Dealing with queries

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical duties such as typing and data entry
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions
